What tasks can you encounter during your work?
After training and getting to know and master the company’s processes, you can allocate and organize your working time yourself to achieve the tasks and goals assigned to you. In addition to the possibility of finding new partners, you can also be responsible as a project manager for the entire sales process (independent decision-making authority), for conducting negotiations with partners and for the services of some of our already existing, many well-known industrial production partners. To achieve your annual goals and to achieve excellent service quality, you are supported by a young team that is prepared, motivated and in a good mood. In the course of your work, you will have the opportunity to use and further develop the language skills you have acquired so far (for which our company provides full support). Your work is varied, as it will involve traveling within the country, getting to know new people, plants, and technologies. In addition to these, administrative tasks such as the preparation of contracts, the continuous monitoring of existing contracts or the preparation of offers would also be part of your work.
We are looking for you if:
You have a higher degree in economics/engineering and at least 2 years of experience in waste management, the environmental industry, or in the sale of other industrial/logistics services. You like to meet new people and build relationships well, but frequent travel is not a problem. You have already taken part in, or even led, various projects before. You deal with potential problems calmly, you are demanding and precise in your work. You have confident conversational English, which you are happy to use, and you manage MS Office programs at the user level.
It is an advantage if:
You have German language skills and you have a current or existing waste management qualification.
