The Hans Roth Guide and Saubermacher Code of Conduct and Ethics are the foundation. This Code applies to all employees in the Saubermacher Group, irrespective of their role and where they work.

Code of Conduct & Ethics

Our Code of Conduct and Ethics reflects our most important values and defines the rules of conduct that characterise our everyday work. It covers a variety of topics, including fair competition, preventing corruption, preventing discrimination, occupational health and safety, climate and environmental protection and safeguarding human rights.

In conjunction with specific guidelines and regulations, it is a guide for our legally compliant and ethically correct conduct.
