Saubermacher, a family-friendly workplace

At our company, we believe that we can only be successful service providers if our employees are able to work in a harmonious environment.

Family-friendliness is an orientation in the operation of an organization whereby that organization considers the family to be a value in itself and takes the perspectives of families into account in its operations. The organization takes concrete measures to serve the interests of its employees and customers as family members, thereby promoting harmony between work and private life.

The Family-Friendly Place certification mark is a rating system based on objective analysis, which decides which organizations and applicants can receive the mark as a result of an official audit process. The Family-Friendly Hungary Center has developed and continues to develop the Family-Friendly Workplace certification trademark and a uniform system and procedure for certification based on a government decision, and also carries out the certification of organizations.

The trademark is a certificate based on a uniform, high-level set of criteria, which can be obtained in two categories:

Workplace
Service provider

Saubermacher-Magyarország Kft. has always considered it important to achieve a balance between work and private life in its operations. At our company, we believe that we can only be successful service providers if our employees can work in a harmonious environment – and since July 2023, we have been able to prove our efforts to achieve this with the Family-Friendly Workplace certificate.
